Frontiers in Psychology published a research study by our team of authors led by Alena Slezáčková, which used data from 1000 Czech respondents to examine the role of hope in the context of war-induced stress in Ukraine.

It showed that people felt the impact of the threat of war on their mental health, but those individuals who still managed to maintain hope were more likely to transform their negative experiences into opportunities for personal development.
